On the morning of January 4, 2025, MITC organized a recognition and awards ceremony for students who demonstrated exemplary and outstanding achievements in academic performance and personal development during quarters III and IV of 2024. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Rector, the Board of Directors, along with department heads and deputies, academic advisors, and numerous students.

Honoring Academic Excellence

This was a special event aimed at recognizing, honoring, and encouraging students who achieved outstanding results in their studies and personal development during the past semester. The program not only acknowledged students’ learning efforts but also promoted a spirit of healthy competition, encouraging students to strive further in their studies and personal development to achieve comprehensive growth in both capabilities and character.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – School Principal, commended the students’ outstanding achievements.

He emphasized: “Today’s program is not just a ceremony of recognition but also serves as great encouragement for you to continue developing your talents and creativity in your studies.”

At the ceremony, Tran Le Khanh Nguyen – a student from class TC TIN46A, representing the outstanding students, delivered a moving speech sharing their thoughts.

Nguyen shared: “Standing here today is a great source of pride for us. However, this achievement is not mine alone, but the result of continuous effort from all students. We thank our teachers for their guidance and the school for their constant support, who have always encouraged us on our journey of learning and development.”

Creating Motivation, Comprehensive Development

The program also specially presented worthy awards to students who achieved academic excellence in the past semester. These awards were not only recognition of their efforts but also motivation for students to continue striving in upcoming semesters.

Within the program’s framework, a dialogue session between school leadership and students took place.

This was a valuable opportunity for students to directly exchange ideas, express their thoughts, aspirations, and concerns. Questions about teaching methods, improving the learning environment, and student support policies were thoroughly addressed by school leadership, helping students feel more connected and better understand the school’s decisions.

Through the dialogue, school leadership also gained insight into students’ thoughts and aspirations to make timely adjustments to academic and development programs to meet practical requirements and needs. This dialogue program was not only an opportunity for students to voice their opinions but also an important step in improving the quality of teaching and learning at the school, ensuring students’ rights and obligations.

The recognition and awards ceremony for outstanding students of quarters III and IV 2024 is part of the school’s development strategy, aimed at motivating students to excel and contribute to building a high-quality vocational education environment. This is clear evidence of the school’s continuous efforts in developing students comprehensively, contributing to improving the quality of education and training at the school in the future.
