To enhance effective communication and connection capabilities for its staff and employees, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (MITC) has collaborated with Diamond Brand Academy Joint Stock Company to organize a specialized training program titled “Super Connection,” with the participation of numerous staff and employees from MITC.

This is a practical activity that contributes to enhancing coordination effectiveness within the school, while improving the quality of interaction and support for students throughout their learning and development process. Through this, MITC continuously affirms its commitment to building a professional, friendly, and inspiring educational environment that centers on learning and uses the school’s brand as a foundation for spreading influence.

Speaking at the training course, Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Principal of the School emphasized: “The ‘Super Connection’ training course is not simply a skills training program, but a journey to expand thinking together, evoke emotions, and spread MITC values deeply and sustainably. Under the guidance of expert Danny Vo (Vo Thanh Dang) – Vice President of Diamond Brand Academy, the training program was not merely a skills course but a journey of awakening awareness, discovering self-worth, and enriching emotional connections. Beginning with the theme “The Turning Point of Connection,” participants were guided to explore the concept of connection from a scientific perspective, understanding brain mechanisms and psychology that influence how we listen, share, and accompany others. Invisible barriers in communication were also analyzed, helping learners identify and gradually remove them to establish a foundation for sustainable connection.

Continuing, the topic “Foundation Connection Code” brought a profound perspective on the nature of effective communication. From establishing trust to body language, from speech to attitude – all can be encoded and convey clear, positive messages if the communicator understands correctly and master’s them. Simple but sophisticated tools such as eye contact, voice, interaction methods… become powerful bridges between people in an educational environment.

A special highlight of the program was the “unlocking self-connection code” section, where each participant was guided to identify personal identity, build individual style, and enhance “professional presence.” Confidence, proactivity, and sincerity not only help learners communicate more effectively but also inspire colleagues and students positively – true to the spirit of being “inspirational leaders” in education.

The final stage of the program focused on expanding connections with society and unlocking factors that create sustainable success. Skills such as relationship building, cooperation in a multidimensional environment, understanding student and parent psychology, flexible responses to arising situations… were all conveyed through interactive training methods, practical scenarios, and lively group activities. Through each learning section, participants not only absorbed knowledge but were also motivated and inspired to apply it immediately to their daily work at school.
