On the mornning of August 2nd, at meeting room A2- Campus 2, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College held a meeting to develop online teaching design in VET at College and national level. To ensure the work against the spread of Covid- 19, all 90 teachers participated online.
This national online teaching design competition in VET aims to promote the movement of teaching method innovation in a positive and modern direction, promoting the transition from traditional teaching to modern teaching methods, teaching through digital technology platform; Applying the form of distance and online teaching in the direction of developing the quality and capacity of learners to meet the technological trends of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and digital transformation in VET.
The contest consists of 3 rounds: the College level, the provincial level and the national level. Currently, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College has 11 teachers registered to participate in the college-level competition and the College is ready to create all favorable conditions for teachers& lecturers to be creative and best prepared for the competition. After the College-level competition, MITC will select the best 2 lectures to compete at the provincial and national level.
This is an opportunity for educators to promote researches and application of IT in the design, organization and management of online teaching in accordance with the characteristics of VET and meet the requirements of digital transformation as well as improving the professional qualifications and online teaching capacity of teachers, promoting the movement of IT application in teaching innovation, towards an open and flexible VET system.
At the same time, honoring the wisdom and efforts of teachers who actively apply IT in teaching and deploying online teaching, encouraging exchanges and learning experiences, promoting the digital transformation process in TVET; building and perfecting the IT system, data and digital resources to be shared and shared throughout the VET sector.
