On the morning of December 28, 2024, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (MITC) successfully held its 2025 Staff and Employee Conference at Hall B2, Campus 2. The conference took place in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere, providing an opportunity to evaluate the results of 2024 activities and set key directions and objectives for 2025.

The conference was attended by Dr. Tran Kim Quyen, Party Secretary, Chairman of the School Board, and Principal – Conference Chair, the Board of Directors; Heads and Deputy Heads of units, and all staff and employees currently working at the Central Industry and Trade College.

During the conference, the Chair presented a report reviewing the implementation of the 2024 Staff and Employee Resolution and basic tasks for 2025. The report highlighted notable achievements in training, scientific research, enrollment, international cooperation, as well as the challenges the school has overcome.

Additionally, Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – School Principal, representing the school leadership, presented various topics including Review of the implementation of Party guidelines, state policies and laws, and the leader’s responsibility in implementing the 2024 work plan: Explaining feedback on the Internal Expenditure Regulations and other opinions.

New Goals – Looking Towards 2025

2025 will be a year full of challenges and opportunities for MITC. The conference discussed and approved important targets, including continuing to promote digital transformation in teaching, scientific research and management, improving training quality, developing international study programs, and further improving the working environment for staff and employees. A highlight of the Conference was the “signing of emulation pledges,” creating strong motivation for each individual and group within the school to strive for excellent task completion.

The conference also solemnly presented certificates of merit to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in innovation during 2024.

The 2025 Staff and Employee Conference concluded successfully, but the determination and expectations for 2025 remain intact in the heart of every staff member and employee. With strong unity and commitment, MITC will continue to develop and affirm its position in the vocational education system.
