According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two parties, the main objectives of the cooperation are built on the following principles:

Significance of Collaboration for MITC
Collaboration with AVI will provide valuable resources for MITC in developing capacity for curriculum development, teaching, and management. Volunteers from Australia will contribute international experience, share curriculum development experiences, modern teaching methods, and support the implementation of research and professional practice projects. This will not only enhance educational quality but also enable MITC students to access new knowledge and skills.
Moreover, this partnership helps MITC expand international relations, facilitating academic exchange opportunities, research collaboration, and participation in international training programs. This not only strengthens MITC’s position on the international educational map but also provides opportunities for students and faculty to experience a multicultural learning environment through volunteer training programs and cultural exchanges.
AVI volunteers will participate in community service projects at MITC, such as free teaching programs, technical support for research and development projects, and involvement in social activities aimed at improving local community living standards. This not only helps community development but also creates a realistic and meaningful learning environment for Central Region Industrial College students.
Building a Sustainable Educational Ecosystem
Partnering with Australian Volunteer Organization will help MITC build a sustainable educational ecosystem where education goes beyond knowledge transmission to include comprehensive skill and character development for students. The participation of international volunteers will create a diverse, rich learning environment helping school learners become global citizens.
The collaboration between MITC and AVI is a clear testament to the spirit of cooperation, sharing, and community contribution. This is an important steppingstone for the Central Region Industrial College to elevate training quality, develop human resources, and make positive contributions to Vietnam’s ongoing development and prosperity. And certainly, this collaboration will bring many successes in the future.
