On November 2nd, 2024, at Hall B2, Campus 2, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College successfully organized an international seminar on “Enhancing Teamwork Effectiveness in Scientific Research Activities” in both online and in-person formats.

The seminar was honored to welcome Mr. Atul Deshmukh – Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor from the Canadian Research and International Cooperation Center (participating online) – an international expert with extensive experience and expertise in project management, workflow development and management. From Mien Trung Industry and Trade College, Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Rector (participating online); Master Nguyen Van Duc – Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Rector; Board of Directors; heads of units and numerous lecturers and staff of the school were in attendance.

Speaking at the seminar, Master Nguyen Van Duc – Vice Rector expressed sincere thanks to the expert for his attention and accompaniment with the College during the past time with 4 specialized topics supporting teachers and students. Master Nguyen Van Duc affirmed: “The expert’s support in expertise and skills in project management, workflow development and management brings great value to the College, teachers and MITC students.”

At the seminar, Mr. Atul Deshmukh brought practical experiences and knowledge in building and developing effective teamwork skills. Through specific application methods and practical lessons, Mr. Atul Deshmukh not only helped participants better understand the importance of teamwork but also inspired them to apply these skills in their work and research.

At the seminar, MITC lecturers gained additional skills and new approaches in the scientific research process

The seminar brought many practical values helping the College’s lecturers accumulate more skills and new approaches in the scientific research process. The seminar was not only an opportunity to learn from experts but also a bridge to strengthen connections within the college’s academic community. Hopefully, the knowledge and skills from the seminar will provide additional motivation for staff in their upcoming scientific research and creative journey.
