On the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (27/7/1947 – 27/7/2020), MienTrung Industry and Trade College set up an incense-offering ceremony to martyrs in the PhuYen province Martyrs’ Cemetery.
The delegation was led by Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Party Committee Secretary and Rector of MITC – with the school officials. In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, the officials respectful laid a wreath at the statue to commemorate ancestral soldiers who sacrificed their lives for peace, independence, and freedom of the country.
Following the incense-offering ceremony, the delegation visited, blessed, and presented gifts to the veterans who were school employees and officials.
These are part of the annual series leading up to returning the favor, “when you drink water, thinking of the resource” events of the college.
