The 2KW horizontal axis wind generator implemented by the student group is highly rated for its practical application. The system is designed to be compact, easy to install and operate, capable of providing electrical energy for small household appliances, helping to reduce fossil fuel energy usage.
The project team representative shared: “We faced many challenges during the design and construction process, especially regarding electrical and mechanical engineering issues. However, with the dedicated guidance of our teachers and the team’s unified spirit, we successfully completed the project. This was an extremely valuable experience that helped us enhance our professional knowledge, practical skills, and develop independence and creativity.”

With the dedicated guidance of faculty members from the Department of Electricity and Automation, the students spent months diligently researching, designing, and constructing the wind generator. From selecting appropriate materials, technical calculations, manufacturing components, to assembly and test operations, each step was executed with high concentration and determination.
Beyond its scientific and technical significance, the project is also a profound expression of gratitude from DLT Class Batch 46 to their teachers. Through this project, the students wish to express their deep appreciation to their mentors who have guided them and imparted knowledge and skills to the student generation.
The project launch ceremony will be held on November 20 at Mien Trung Industry and Trade College. This is an opportunity for students to present their product and share their joy and pride with teachers, friends, and the entire school.
The design and construction of the 2KW horizontal axis wind generator demonstrates the creative spirit and determination of DLT Batch 46 students from the Faculty of Electricity and Automation, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College. Certainly, in the future, they will continue to contribute more to the development of the Electricity and Automation industry in particular and society in general.
