At the seminar on Building a startup ecosystem in Universities and Colleges which has just been organized by Song Han Incubation Center in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology of Phu Yen and Mien Trung Industrial and Trade College, Mr. Ly Dinh Quan, General Director of Song Han Incubation Center acknowledged: In recent years, the work of innovation and building Start-up ecosystem is highly concerned by the Government.
This is not only for Universities and Colleges but also the task of important state management. In fact, in the two creative activities and entrepreneurship, Universities and Colleges are still separate and only promote their creative activities (scientific research students) without really linking the two activities together. Therefore, the start-up activities in Colleges nowadays mainly arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship, but have not yet been efficient in practice.
