In the morning of March 14, 2021 at The People’s Committee of Gong Son town, Son Hoa district, Mientrung Industry and Trade College in collaboration with Akane Manpower Co., Ltd. – Phu Yen branch and Son Hoa District Doan District organized a career counselling program associated with job creation for local young people.

At the meeting, Mr. Huynh Kim Luan, the director of Akane Phu Yen, pledged to support from 50 to 80% of the cost for all young people in the regions participating in the program of study and work in Japan. On this occasion, Mientrung Industry and Trade College also had discussions and advice on the training program and job opportunities with stable income after graduation of MITC students.
Son Hoa is a difficult mountainous district of Phu Yen, most of the income of the people here relies on sugarcane agriculture. However, in recent years, sugar cane prices have continuously dropped. Therefore, the local people, especially the young generation, need a new direction with higher and more stable income. Apprenticeships at MITC and labour exports are the fastest, the least expensive and the most sustainable way to achieve that.
