On December 22, 2024, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (MITC) successfully organized the KICK OFF 2025 seminar. This important event marked nearly 4 months of effective network operations since its launch (August 24, 2024), while also setting new development directions for 2025.
Overview of KICK OFF 2025 Seminar: Vietnam START UP Community Initiative Program
The seminar attracted the participation of distinguished guests, experts, and more than 20 network members. Notably, the presence of Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Principal of Mien Trung Industry and Trade College and Design Thinking Village Advisor – brought profound insights in the opening speech.

Proud Achievements of 2024 and Aspirations for 2025
Opening the program, Ms. Hoang Thi Cam Tu, M.A. – Lecturer at Mien Trung Industry and Trade College and founding member of Phu Yen Local Talent Network – presented a report on the network’s notable achievements in 2024. She also proposed solutions and operational directions for 2025, focusing on sustainable community support initiatives and awakening local potential.

Unique Community Initiatives
The seminar was also an opportunity for speakers to introduce creative models that have contributed to improving community life in Phu Yen. Mr. Nguyen Anh Quan, representative of An Cu Reed Mat Cooperative, shared about the Reed Mat Village project combined with community tourism experiences. The model not only preserves traditional culture but also opens up local economic development opportunities. The representative of Nang Moi Investment JSC presented the Happy Station project, an initiative creating space for connection and spreading positive energy in the community.

It’s clear that the KICK OFF 2025 program was not only an occasion to appreciate valuable contributions but also opened strategic steps for the Phu Yen network in 2025. With the creative spirit and unity of members, the network expects to bring many meaningful programs, continuing its mission to support sustainable community development.
In the coming time, MITC will particularly strengthen investment and development of the community startup network within the school. Support programs, networking, and training will be strongly implemented, creating conditions for students, lecturers, and partners to participate in the creative startup ecosystem. This not only promotes entrepreneurial spirit but also contributes to enhancing practical capabilities and values in education at MITC.
The seminar concluded with faith and hope, promising a bright 2025 for the community startup journey in Phu Yen and MITC.
