Participating in the 7th Phu Yen Contest of Technical Initiatives, Tuy Hoa Industrial College achieved 07 awards, including 01 First prize, 02 Second prizes, 02 Third prizes and 02 Consolation prizes. This is a form of honoring people who are not afraid of difficulties, diligently researched to create useful creative solutions for the training and practical application. They are good examples in the patriotic, labor and creative emulation movement.
The First prize winners receive awards
The First prize won by Tuy Hoa Industrial College is “Solar Panel Regulator to the Direction of Light”. The owners of this award are Duong Quoc Hieu (attending Masters course at TIC) and Nguyen Hoang Vien. The initiative is highly appreciated for novelty and creativity along with high effective application in the exploitation and use of solar energy. Duong Quoc Hieu and Nguyen Hoang Vien also had another initiative winning the Third prize in this contest, “Smart Electric Vehicle”. Duong Quoc Hieu is an employee of Facilities Management Department, one of the young people who has a passionate interest and has achieved many honorable achievements in scientific research.
In the academic year 2016-2017, Duong Quoc Hieu received the Certificate of Merit from the Labor Union of Phu Yen Province, Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Phu Yen People’s Committee, Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, and the title of the emulation staff of Industry and Trade Ministry.
Other prizes belong to the following technical initiatives:
– Second prize: “3D Delta Printer” (authors: Nguyen Thanh Tuoc and Nguyen Hoang Vien)
– Second prize: “Synthesizing Grease from Waste Lubricants” (authors: Dao Thi Suong, Dao Thi Thuy Hang and Truong Van Hung)
– Third prize: “Building a Model of Wireless Automatic Water Pumping System” (authors: Nguyen Trung Thoai and Pham Duy Phuong)
– Consolation prize: “Plasma Cutting Machine” (authors: Dao Quoc Khanh and Nguyen Tan Kha)
– Consolation prize: “Pattern Bending Machine” (authors: Dinh Thanh Nhan and Vo Quoc Dung)
The technical initiative and authors who won the First prize also received the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Phu Yen People’s Committee; technical initiatives won the Second prize, Third prize and Consolation prize received the Certificate of Merit from Phu Yen Labor Federation.
Compared to previous competitions, the school has achieved more awards. Not only for the honorable award, these achievements have contributed to promoting the spirit of enthusiasm for studying, researching and creating creativity of school staff and students.
