On August 25th, at the Vietnam-Japan University (Hanoi), Ministry of Science and Technology held the final competition and awarded the START-UP JOURNEY 2018.
This is an annual national competition for Start-up businesses – Start-up groups – Start-up students and the youth, started by Incubator Center and Business – National Center for Technological Progress (Ministry of Science and Technology) to create a useful playground and encourage the movement of entrepreneurship in Vietnamese youth and students. Through this competition, we seek for, support and develop start-up ideas in all fields: Information Technology – E-commerce, Transportation, Agriculture, Education, Health, Social programs…
There are 80 projects participating in this year’s contest. In the final round, the Organization Board has awarded one First prize worth VND 20 million, one Second prize worth VND 10 million and two Third prizes worth VND 5 million each. The project of Long Mulberry Farm by students Ngo Thi My Nhan (Phuyen Medical College), Nguyen Duy Luan and Nguyen Binh Phuong Nga (Mientrung Industry and Trade College) won the Third prize.
