On the evening of May 31 at campus 2, the MienTrung Industry and Trade College held a Coming of Age Ceremony with the theme: “Promise for 18 years old”, for grade 12th students – Faculty of General Education of the School.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Chairman of the School Council, Rector; Board of Directors, Heads of School units; The teachers from the Communication, Admissions and Student Care team, the Faculty of General Education and more than 100 grade 12th students and a large number of parents attended.

On behalf of the 12th grade students, the Faculty of General Education presented the school with souvenirs and fresh flowers

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Tran Kim Quyen would like to express sincere thanks to the parents for their concern, trust, and cooperation with the School to bring their children to the road today. Gratitude to the teaching staff of the General Education Department for all their hard work. And finally, the rector wish attendees all the best in the upcoming high school graduation exam. Dr. Tran Kim Quyen also represented the school to receive a bouquet of fresh flowers and a gift of gratitude from the representative of the school’s 12th grade students.

Representatives of all grade 12th students also gave fresh flower bouquets to their homeroom teachers as gratitude gifts before flying high with their 18-year-old dreams.

In the reward section, the Board of Directors also awarded certificates of merit to 14 students with excellent academic achievements in recognition of their efforts in the past school year. Also on this occasion, representatives of students from all classes also presented fresh flower bouquets to their homeroom teachers as gratitude gifts before flying away with their 18-year-old dreams.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kinh, on behalf of the parents of students, would like to express her sincere thanks to the Board of Directors and teachers of the School at the Program.

In her speech, the representative of students’ parents, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kinh, sincerely thanked the School Board of Rectors, the teachers with the role of both a teacher of knowledge and a second parent to raise the students as grownup. She feels very proud to witness her son’s growth day by day when studying the 9+ program at the MienTrung Industry and Trade College.
The program continued with gameshows in the Coming of Age Ceremony where teachers were challenged to guess the student’s name by voice, personality descriptions or initials. This is also an opportunity for teachers to give sincere comments about their students. On the contrary, the students also had the opportunity to express their thanks, apologies, and confidence to their homeroom teachers during the past 3 years. In the tearful sharing of emotions, class 12B4 Tran Su Phuong Long thanked her homeroom teacher for sharing and accompanying her in her most difficult times, considered the teacher as her second mother.

The grade 12th students and teachers of general education lit a candle to celebrate their 18th birthday

The gratitude program continued to push up to the climax with musical and lively performances, and the attendees had a burning night with the program. After this memorable Coming of Age Ceremony, when the students step out of the school gate, each person will live their own lives with desires and aspirations, finish their upcoming dream.
