Recently, a delegation from Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (MITC), led by Dr. Tran Kim Quyen – Principal of the school, visited and worked at BIEN HOA SCM Ltd. The visit aimed to strengthen cooperation between MITC and the enterprise in the fields of training, student exchange, as well as community service activities.

During the visit, the delegation toured BIEN HOA SCM’s factory and production workshops, learning about the company’s production processes and technologies. Bien Hoa SCM was established in 2007 with a total investment capital of 20 billion VND, specializing in manufacturing and processing plastic products such as plastic trays, vacuum thermoforming molds, and products from PVC, EDPM, and Silicon. The company’s infrastructure includes 3 factories: an antenna processing factory, a mold manufacturing and repair factory, and a plastic injection factory. Currently, the company has 46 plastic injection machines and equipment used for manufacturing and repairing molds such as CNC machines, milling machines, and welding machines.

On this occasion, MITC has strengthened cooperation with BIEN HOA SCM Ltd., laying an important foundation for integrating advanced technology into the training curriculum. The important fields and strengths of Bien Hoa SCM are also areas that MITC is particularly interested in and wishes to expand cooperation. This visit promises to bring new momentum to the cooperation between the parties, contributing to the implementation of the development strategy and promotion of school activities in the coming time. In particular, the company will also receive high-quality human resources from MITC, meeting the recruitment and development needs of the business.
It is known that Mr. Le Quan Lam – General Director of BIEN HOA SCM Ltd. – is an outstanding alumnus of the Electrical Engineering class of 1992 at MITC, belonging to the first generation of students in the school’s Electrical Department. In the 1990s, despite being trained under difficult conditions, Mr. Lam and his classmates demonstrated a spirit of overcoming challenges and continuous effort to achieve success. With his positive contributions to Vietnam’s supporting industry over the past 21 years, Mr. Lam has been recognized and received the Outstanding Entrepreneur and Enterprise Award. His success is clear evidence of MITC’s training quality and is a source of inspiration for current and future generations of students.
