Pham Minh Tam, an alumnus of K35 Business Administration, Mien Trung Industry and Trade College, is currently the manager of region 6 of Mobiphone Phu Yen, this region includes 2 districts, Tuy An and Dong Xuan. In addition to the role management of Mobiphone Branch, Pham Minh Tam is also the co-founder and operator of Swotravel, a company specializing in tourism and event organization in Song Cau town, Phu Yen.
When he was still a student at MITC, Pham Minh Tam always actively participated in MITC Youth Uninon& Student Association’s activities, which helped him enrich his knowledge and equip him with soft skills such as working skills, team-work, event organizing, communication skills, etc. It was these skills and the knowledge imparted by the lecturers of Mien Trung Industry and Trade College that helped Tam rise to the position of regional manager in just a few years.
In addition to performing his job well, Tam also actively participates in volunteer activities to help people in the company’s area: Dong Xuan – Tuy An. The feature of this area is that it is located in the Ky Lo river basin, often flooded in the rainy season, so the lives of the people here are very affected badly. Aware of this, Pham Minh Tam actively called for donations from inside and outside the company, and then personally went to give donated gifts to people.
It can be said that Pham Minh Tam’s successes have a very clear mark of MITC Youth Uninon& Student Association’s activities and we can easily see a miniature MITC inside this young alumnus: always cheerful, dynamic, creative and full of enthusiasm but also rich in compassion.
