The 2024 National Vocational Education Teachers’ Teaching Conference is a prominent event in the vocational education system, taking place from November 4-10 in Quang Ninh. This is not only an opportunity to honor exemplary teachers but also a chance for instructors to network, learn, and share experiences, helping to improve teaching quality and promote the development of vocational education. The scale of this conference includes 466 teachers currently teaching in vocational education from 69 delegations representing various ministries, departments, and 63 provinces and cities registered to participate in teaching demonstrations.
Within the framework of the 2024 Conference, two teachers from Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (MITC) participated: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Van from the Department of Electricity and Automation; Mr. Pham Tien Dung from the Department of Mechanics. One teacher received an Encouragement award, and Mr. Pham Tien Dung received an award for effective self-made training equipment. Although these awards may not be the highest, they clearly demonstrate MITC teachers’ serious commitment to vocational education. The Encouragement award is the result of careful preparation, showing continuous investment in teaching quality and the application of technology in lectures.

Participation in the Teaching Conference is not just about winning awards, but about MITC teachers affirming their pedagogical capabilities, applying new technologies in teaching, and contributing to enhancing the school’s reputation and training quality. This is also an important objective in the development strategy of Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (MITC).
